How do I add a deal to my library?
Use the deal set up wizard found here.
How do I add a property to CMBS.com marketplace?
To share your property to our marketplace, simply go to the Shares tab and select “share my deal with the marketplace.”
How do I share deals with other people through your website?
To share a deal with users simply go to the Shares tab and select “share with contacts.”
What does CMBS have that my old CRM doesn’t?
With CMBS.com, we combine all of your favorite tools from your old CRM with online deal modeling software.
How much does it cost? Is it actually free?
Basic accounts are always free. Pro accounts cost $20 per month or $200 a year.
How do you create an account?
Visit cmbs.com/accounts to sign up
Do you have an app?
We do not have an app, however our website is compatible with all your favorite mobile devices.
Who can see my deals?
If you have not shared your deal, it only viewable by you. By sharing with your contacts or to the marketplace your deal is made public.
How do I add a lead list?
Use the CMBS Leads page to create a new lead list or to find the leads you are looking for and then select and add to your preexisting lead list.
How do I search the CMBS library?
You can either use our marketplace, leads, and comp tools to find deals, or you can search and add a deal using our CMBS Deal Wizard.
