Standards (Draft)!

The MISMO rent roll and operating statement standards committee has finished the proposed schema for the two reports.

The committee was well attended with over 25 different firms calling in. The discussions were lively and constructive with unanimous consent on the required fields and the structure. We all believe the schema works and presents a sound foundation to build on as needed.

We now need to convert this document to XML and get it posted for its 30-day public comment period. This will hopefully happen in September.

IRP 6 Compatible

We mapped out the operating statement and rent roll schema to the CMSA’s IRP 6 XML exposure draft. Keeping true to our original goal, we wanted to make sure the CMSA has the map needed to implement XML standards. Check out the last three tabs of the Excel workbook to see the CMSA map.
