Our one-page sizing tool is a godsend.

To reach the deal sizer, lick the Deal tab and the Sizer/Setup sublink.

Once you’re in the sizer, you can tweak the assumptions; sources and uses; and capital stack to your liking. When you’re finished, click the Update button.

If you included valuation information when you created your deal, some of this information will be pre-populated.
