All refunds and cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis. Customers requesting a refund after 30+ days should contact us by phone at 415.332.1110 or send an email to email@example.com with a brief explanation of the refund/cancellation request.
If the refund is granted, the credit from the transaction will be processed immediately. If the cancellation is granted, the customer’s account is closed and if any, the monetary amount will be credited to the customer’s account.
CMBS.com reserves the right to a reverse sale, including but not limited to:
- If the customer provides a valid report that the charge was fraudulent or unauthorized
- In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, United States law, and requests from verified US Judiciary or law enforcement agents
- For any other reason CMBS.com deems appropriate
